We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if for some reason you’re not 100% satisfied, here is our return policy. 

Instore purchases

Makin' It Local - Powered the Love of Local. We specialize in Local Central Oregon and Oregon artists, as well as small, unique Oregon businesses that create amazing products of high quality and value.  

Refund, exchange, and store credit are accepted within one business day. Returned items must be in their original condition, with no damage and still unopened. Must have original store receipt. All sales are final after one business day. All sales are final on special orders and sale items.

Online purchases

Please return the item within 5 days of the purchase date in new condition and with no damage. A full refund will be issued. Please call us at 541-904-4722 to initiate your return and to obtain a return authorization.
